Gancho Studio (“we”, “us”) makes video and websites for brands. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you fill out the contact form or email us, we receive your brand name, website or Instagram, work email, what you sell and what you need. If you send product photos or footage, we receive those files too.
• Basic technical data. Like every website, our hosting provider receives standard request data (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the page and keep it secure.

What we use it for

• To reply to you and prepare your free concept or quote.
• To deliver the work you hire us for, and to invoice you.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising. Your photos and footage are only used for your own project.

Who else handles it

We use a few trusted services to run the site: our hosting and form provider (Netlify), our email provider, and Google Fonts, which loads the typefaces on this page. They only process the data needed to provide their service.

Cookies

This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics later, we’ll update this page first.

How long we keep it

We keep project emails and files for as long as we work together, and up to 2 years after, for support and records. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Just email hello@ganchostudio.co and we’ll reply within one business day.
