Terms of Service

These terms apply when you request a concept from or hire Gancho Studio (“we”, “us”). Each project also gets a short written proposal; if the proposal and these terms differ, the proposal wins.

Free concept

The free 12-second concept comes with no obligation and no payment details. We make it from the materials you send. We won’t publish it or show it to anyone else without your permission. If you don’t move forward, you can’t use the concept commercially, and we won’t either.

Pricing and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and listed on our website. We invoice before work starts.
• The pilot is a one-time payment. Monthly plans bill at the start of each month; you can cancel anytime, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you already paid.
• Websites are billed 50% to start and 50% at launch. Website Care bills monthly and you can cancel anytime.

Revisions

Each plan includes the revision rounds listed on the website. Extra rounds or new requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before we do them.

Ownership and usage rights

Once your invoice is paid in full, you get full usage rights to the final videos and website we deliver, for organic and paid use. For websites, you own your domain and the code we hand over. We may show finished work in our portfolio only if you agree.

Your materials

You confirm that you have the rights to the logos, photos, footage, music and text you send us, and that we can use them to make your project.

Spec work

Órbita, Solenne and Arista are concept brands we created to show our work. They are not real companies or products.

Responsibility

We deliver our work with care, but we can’t guarantee specific results such as views, followers or sales. Our total responsibility for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
